Karsten Günther ist Produzent und Medienmanager, verantwortlich für plattformübergreifende Content-Strategien sowie die Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Filmen, Serien und digitalen Formaten von der Entwicklung bis zur Veröffentlichung auf TV-, Streaming- und Social-Plattformen.

Als Redaktionsleiter der ARD Degeto verantwortet Karsten Günther die Beauftragung, Entwicklung, Steuerung und Auswertung von rund 100 Produktionen jährlich. Sein Bereich umfasst Filme, Serien und Formate für die ARD Mediathek und das lineare Programm sowie Koproduktionen, Lizenzprogramme, Programm-Management und Kommunikation.
