When Daphne is unexpectedly reminded of her deceased father through a bottle garden, she succumbs to her longing for a more fulfilling life and transforms into a tree. When Daphne's mother moves in with her, she brings not only a bottle garden – an unexpected memento of the deceased father – but also her choir, which awakens old memories and new conflicts. As Daphne confronts her past and her mother's expectations, she follows her longing for a more fulfilled life. This inner journey leads to a profound self-discovery. She lets go and transforms into a tree.
