The 53-year-old Parkinson's patient Cecilia Ferrari wants to swim a cross the Strait of Messina in a traversata. A big goal, because her movement is severely limited by the disease. But for Cecilia, the traversata is much more than just a sports event - she wants to prove that she won’t let the disease stop her.
