Synopsis „Hero²“ Sophie and Manuel take a trip to the Austrian countryside to stay in Manuel's deceased grandparents house. The family's tradition sticks in every wallpaper, lives in every cupboard. The house's past awakens to become a player in the relationship of the young couple. In the narrowness of the house and the vastness of the landscape surrounding it Manuel and Sophie question their roles in their relationship and their future together. Drunk at the annual festival of the local voluntary fire brigade they find themselves at the end or at a new beginning.
