The Creative Innovation Lab (CIL) is intended to create a real laboratory to evaluate new technological processes and test them in real film production. This is important because major disruptions are underway in film production and distribution due to computer-aided processes and data-driven workflows based on artificial intelligence, VFX, virtual production and cloud computing. These technologies are also changing the creative design process and thus the professional fields of all those involved.
